Frequently Asked Questions...
Do I need a partner to attend?
Although we welcome couples, no you don't need a partner to attend any of our classes or lessons. Just come along and enjoy the fun.
I'm not a member of the Reebok Club, can I still come along?
Yes of course. Although we are based at and use the stunning studios of The Reebok Club London, you don't have to be a member of the club to take part. Non-members are always welcome.
What shoes/clothes chould I wear?
Wear whatever is most comfortable for you. A lot of our clients come straight from work and take part in their office clothes which is absolutely fine. The only thing we ask is that people don't wear trainers or shoes with rubber soles as you may stick to the floor and you could hurt yourself.
What if I have to miss a class?
Dont worry. Every week we recap the steps from the previous classes so not only will you be up to date should you have to miss a class, but you also get the opportunity to review what you have already learnt before moving on to learn new steps.
I’ve done a beginners class before, is it worth me attending another one?
Yes. There are so many basic steps to learn in each dance and as dance schools will teach different combinations of figures in a variety of different ways in their classes, you will always being learning something new.
What if I have to cancel or change my private lesson time or date?
We have a 48 hour cancellation policy so if you need to cancel or change your lesson time we need two days notice otherwise we have to charge the full amount for the missed lesson.
What exactly can I expect from a private lesson?
A private lesson is private in the sense that you get the undivided attention of a professional teacher for yourself and your partner. It does not mean that you have exclusive use of the studio as there may be other private lessons taking place in the studio at the same time, however this won’t have an impact on your lesson.
What if I can’t attend the course that I've already paid for?
We can only return course fees should the class be full and a replacement be found prior to the course starting.
Can I just come and watch a class before participating?
No. We only allow those who will be taking part in the classes and have paid for theIr place on the course into the studio. We don't allow any other spectators.
